TSPU was included in top-30 of Universities according to the National ranking of Universities

Tomsk State Pedagogical University was included the top-30 "University Brand" ranking according to the National Universities ranking, formed by a group of "Interfax". Information about the universities was taken from the sources provided by the universities. If the university does not provide the data the information is taken from the university websites and the Ministry of Education materials ase. The "University Brand" ranking is made up of alumni’ success, university communication with target audiences, its media activities in 2015, the citation index of the university abroad and in Russia. As an experiment, such factors as the success of teachers, university communications in social media and development of communication through mobile applications were also taken into account. TSPU has made a serious breakthrough in the ranking of 2016, by moving from 122-124 place  to  26th place (169 points). Another two Tomsk Universities were also included in the top-30 national ranking of universities. The "Education" ranking considering the number of realized undergraduate and specialist programs, applicants’ Unified State Examination score, the number of employees with academic degrees, university income from educational activities, cooperation with schools and students, access to libraries and digital resources. TSPU has improved its result by 45 positions compared to the last year.
