TSPU INTERNATIONAL PROFESSORS AWARDED SILVER MEDALS FOR MERIT IN EDUCATION AND SCIENCES
By the decision of the Academic Council on July 7, 2020, TSPU Rector Andrey Makarenko awarded honorary professors of the university with silver medals for Merit in Education and Sciences.
Doctor Salvatore Capozziello (https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Salvatore_Capozziello), Full Professor of Astronomy and Astrophysics, from the University of Naples Federico II (Italy) and Doctor of Theoretical Particle and Mathematical Physics Vasilis Oikonomou () from Aristotle University in Thessaloniki (Greece) have had many years of successful cooperation with Tomsk State Pedagogical University in the field of theoretical physics and cosmology.
The scientists expressed their gratitude to TSPU Rector Andrey Makarenko for the honor and thanked their team leader and mentor Sergey Odintsov, Full Professor, Head of the Laboratory of Fundamental Research and the prominent researcher in the field of cosmology and astrophysics at TSPU, for fruitful collaboration.
