TSPU student won prizes at XVI international contest of Slavic song in Wroclaw, Poland

The annual student contest of Slavic song took place at Wroclaw University and as usual student of Tomsk state pedagogical university have participated in this event. This year first year student of the faculty of foreign languages Marianna Kovyreva has participated in the event on behalf of our university. For the performance of the Cossack folk song "Not for You ..." Marianna was awarded with the main prize of the Department of Culture and Art of Wroclaw and the highest award of the International Department of the University of Wroclaw. In total for the contest, 15 vocal numbers were presented in Russian, Serbian, Croatian, Belarusian, Ukrainian, Czech.

The dean of the TSPU Faculty of foreign languages ​​Alexandra Valerievna Guzeeva and the associate professor of the TSPU Artem Konstantinovich Kollegov have become the guests of the contest. Guzeeva has presented a memorable gift from TSPU for the best performance of the song in Russian to student of Wroclaw University Alicia Dyrda. Artem Kollegov has performed the romance "Everything As Before" out of competition with rector of the Wroclaw University, Professor Adam Yezersky accompanying him on piano.
